Admittedly we don’t handle the cold well and temps that drop into the low 30s make YHC want to go Han Solo and cut open a tauntaun and crawl inside. I’m from O-H-I-O, but I’ve become a FL weakling. YHC reached down deep and pulled out some vestige of manliness to lead 4 PAX in the Hoth-like gloom.

The Thang-

Right into suicides as the best way to warm up: 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 LBCs, and 20 monkey humpers at the base-line
