Tuesday morning at The Roost brought 7 PAX out for a post New Year’s “burn what ya’drank an ate” sweatfest as the central Florida weather hung in there on the warm and pleasant side. YHC encouraged the men to push themselves as we embark on a year of growth for F3 Orlando.
A bit of focus this morning on OCR type exercises with a number of #CSAUPs in play for 2017. First up – Central Florida Warrior Dash on Feb. 11, 2017. Interested – not too late to sign up (c’mon @F3Jacksonville… be the ball.)
Right to it…. here is The Thang:

-T-Claps for X Dresser for making through the busy holiday season at work and joining us back in The Gloom. Prayers for continued success in interview process
-Great to have Sussudio back from cruise. Thought he was never to return. The British love to go on holiday at sea.
-Rest that elbow Greyhound!
-All the PAX dug deep today and gave it 100%. YHC appreciates the effort and is proud to serve this great core group of #HIM. Let’s work hard in 2017 and continue to grow.
