Humidity was thick, support was low, but we ran fast any way. Nothing better to introduce a FNG to #KesselRun than a tour of hills. And since we don’t have any hills we did bridges and any other incline that was around.
Welcome and Disclaimer:
Warm Up – .5 mi warm up toward the E.R Ramp on Prudential
- Group ran/jogged together to a series of inclines
- Then attacked OYO
- Air Chair at the top for the 6
- Run back down the incline and do it again (each incline was done twice)
- The Inclines
o ER Ramp on Prudential
o Elmo Acosta Bridge
o Walking Bridge over the railroad tracks
o Main Street Bridge (only done once due to time)
Welcome F3-Artist. He was hating life after the first go at the Acosta but hung in there and finished it all. There will be more of these coming as River Run training starts up at the end of 2017 and we prepare for the Green Monster.
YHC finished up with the COT focusing on remembering why we are here, looking left and right, and giving away what we have received from God and those around us.
