Eleven PAX were NOT scared of “melting” and arrived at Badland’s ready to accept the Q’s challenge of “not being THAT GUY!” (THAT GUY who fartsacks, later reads the Backblast and Slack comments and wishes he had went to F3!) Unfortunately, there were several THAT GUYS on this wet Monday morning. Although the forecast indicated dry conditions until late morning, mother nature did not agree and dropped some heavy, chilly, raindrops right at 5:30am! Good news………..it only last for about 30 seconds. (See you Fartsackers, you should have accepted the challenge, but instead you are THAT GUY!)
*Michael Phelps/Moroccan Nightclub Combo (15)
*Side Straddle Hops (15)
*Mountain Climbers (15)
*Limp Member (15 seconds)
*Mosey to first parking lot.
YHC explained purpose of today’s BEATDOWN, and meaning behind “Dynamic Duo/Judgement Day.” While there is NO JUDGEMENT of individuals at F3, today would be more of an “Accountability Partner.” (Because all men need those in life) Each PAX member would perform instructed exercise while partner was performing another exercise and “critiquing” form. Only way to “get better” is to practice proper technique!
Didnt’ want any fellow PAX members to “fall asleep,” so tuness from mostly the 80s were playing rather LOUD to help with motivation. (Def Leppard, Poison, ZZ Top, AC/DC, Prince and LOCASH………..Oh Yeah!)
The Thang: ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!
*25 Merkins while partner planks and critiques. Switch.
*Mosey lap through Bear Crawl Hall, in between ball fields, by flag area and back to parking lot.
*25 Big Boy Sit Ups, partner holds feet and critiques. Switch.
*25 Burpees, partner back planks and critiques. Switch.
*25 Box Cutters while partner Rockettes and critiques. Switch.
*25 Prisoner Squats while partner air chairs and critiques. Switch.
*25 Mountain Climbers while partner side planks and critiques. Switch.
YHC had more planned, but due to time, this is as far as we got.

Borrowed quote from Outhouse post, “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.” (EXCELLENT POST OH!)
1 Thessalonians 5:15, “Get along among yourselves, each of you doing your part. Warn the freeloaders to get a move on. Gently encourage the stragglers, and reach out for the exhausted, pulling them to their feet. Be patient with each person, attentive to individual needs. Look for the best in each other, and always do your best to bring it out.”
