16 Pax showed up to push each other. There were speedy runners… Clydesdales and of course Rucker’s!!

CONDITIONS: Ideal, the “Toxic Sunset” was incredible on Saturday at Anchor!!

WARM UP:
* SSH * 20 IC
* Burpees * 5 OYO
* 180 Burpees * 5 OYO
* Reachers * 10
* Don Quixote * 10
* Jump Squats * 10 OYO
* 180 Jump Squats * 10 OYO
* LBAC’s – Fwd / Bkwd / BAC’s F&B / Moroccan Night Club * 20 IC

THE THANG (1):
* Lion Walk – Assume Low Merkin Position, Flex Glutes, Stay on toes
* Walk 10 yds, focus on triceps & calves
* Rest 30 sec,
* The Plan was to do 4 more but based on the grumbling there was a modification of the original plan!
* Lion Walk – 10 yds
* Bear Crawl – 20 yds
* Lion Walk – 10 yds
* Bear Crawl – 20 yds
* Mosey – 40 yds
* Rinse & Repeat
* Sprint – 40 yds
* Lion Walk – 10 yds
* Bear Crawl – 40 yds
* Lion Walk – 10 yds

THE THANG (2):
* Circle Up for B/BBSU/IM’s – Set Timer for 15 min
* Min 1= 10 Burpees
* Min 2 = 15 BBSU’s
* Min 3 = 20 Iron Mikes
* 10 Count, then Rinse & Repeat until 5 circuits are complete or time expires

THE THANG (3):
Run/Bear Crawl/Run
* Run 50 yds
* 10 count rest
* Bear Crawl 20 seconds
* 10 count rest
* Run 10 yds back & forth for 30 seconds – touch the line
* 30 count rest
* Repeat 3-5 times

Mosey to the Fountain for…

* Calf Raises –
* 20 Regular
* 20 Toes In
* 20 Toes Out
* 10 Derkins – Toes on top level
* 25 American Hammers
* 25 V-Ups
* Rinse & Repeat
* Dermins, A-Hammer, V’s
* 25 Carolina Dry Docks
* 25 Merkins – w Left Leg Raised
* Rinse & Repeat
* Carolina Dry Dock’s, Merkins – RL Raised

COOL DOWN:
* Light Stretching to close it out…
