YHC drove through the gloom on a surprisingly coolish day (it was a perception since the sun was not up yet…) to find seven anxious??? PAX who overcame the pull of the 4th of July hangover fartsack to post. Since Pom Pom and I had a tie agreeing to Q today (btw men, plenty of slots available for July), we agreed to co-Q today!

The Thang I (Pom Pom)
Reminiscent of his 1st Q (remember where we all learned Pom Pom lunges???) Pom Pom had the Pax mosey to the football field parking lot where we proceeded to: Karioke left, then shuffle left, then karaoke right, and then shuffle right switching out between the islands. Then 20 merkins and run back to starting point to rinse and repeat 3 times.
The Thang II (FM)
A little Black jack was in store for the Pax next with squats and LBC’s with a sprint in between. Since the Q (YHC) was dripping like a faucet, and the fact we had no Broga yesterday, Pom Pom and he decided it would be a good idea to mosey back to the flagpole for some stretching (thanks Pom Pom)!
Shared Matthew 25:31-36 where Jesus is describing the separation of the sheep and the goats. Those who truly SERVE, are those who will be on the right…with the sheep. Jesus was not talking about those who are the easiest to serve, He was talking about the least of the brethren. Three questions to ask yourself: 1) who are the least in your community? 2) How do you personally respond to those who are hungry, naked, thirsty, homeless, sick and imprisoned? 3) How do you think our response to the least of these reveals whether we’re truly part of the Kingdom of God?
Prayer Requests for travel mercies for McDreamy and Bullwinkle and for the launch of FiA (females in Action) at Badlands on Friday morning at 5:00am.
