In the heaviness of the gloom this morning, YHC ventured out to see if the Badlands crew could withstand an upper body workout. 10 PAX ventured out with YHC correspondent to see what it was all about. That being said YHC was just a little off the whole morning…the PAX did not seem to mind.

Mosey to the 4 corners where YHC quizzed the PAX about The 4 corners offense since NCAA Men’s basketball has kicked off. The the question went to the respective times of the shot clock…the answer revealed the reps…30 for NCAA and 24 for NBA.
30 Dips, 30 Derkins, 30 Incline Merkins; then 24
On to the BB field for a little 4 Corners (BB diamond style)

YHC shared Philippians 4:4-10 with the PAX to encourage them to all to take hold of the knowledge that has been laid out before them by their F3 brethren.

YHC prayed that we would all be men that walk in a manner that is pleasing to God!
