It was another glorious and unseasonably warm morning as I made my way to the inaugural kickoff of the new AO “Pool Party” at Sunshine Park. As I rolled into the parking the lot a hint of excitement hit me as there were already vehicles parked and I could see movement in the distance. I quickly realized that the “Gladiators” had already planted their 7 story flag and were getting after it. No worries, nothing was going to derail the workout I had in store for this very special day. The lighting on the field was suspect at best but I had my trusty lights and I made it to the far right hand side of the field and claimed our spot ITG!

Broke up into 3 teams of 3 and Pom Pom and I brought up the rear with a team of 2.
Round 1 (Colt 45)– 1st person bear crawls to designated line and back while 2nd person performs bicep curls with either a 25# or 35# plate and 3rd person performs merkins. Continued in this fashion for a total of 3 rounds performing different bicep curls.
Round 2 – 1st person bear crawls while 2nd performs tricep extensions with 25# or 35# plates and 3rd person performs merkins.
Round 3 – 1st person crawl bear while 2nd person holds the 25# or 35# plate overhead and 3rd person performs merkins.
100 Yard Wind Sprints x 4 Rounds performed at 25/50/75/100% effort.
Old Fashion Boot Camp – perform each exercise for 60 seconds, NO REST in between –
