01/03/2019 – Badlands Griswold VQ

There’s nothing like waking up at 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the morning checking to make sure you’re not sleeping in. That was my night last night but the big surprise came when 19 men gathered in a circle of pain. That was priceless… Circle of Pain – Side straddle Hop (Jumping jacks), Wonderbra, The Reacher, Peter Parkers, Hill Billy, Mirkins (note: long counts on every exercise just to make sure everyone was awake. Then, just for Zamboni and his love of running, we ran to the storage part of the badlands for vacation time. Just 2 minutes per station and a year of fun crammed into 30 straight minutes of exercise.

Griswold’s Family Vacation (1 stop for every month of the year) –

1 – Burpees  / Flutter kick

2 – Skaters / LBC 20

3 – Long jumps / Merkins

4 – People’s chair / V ups

5 – Booyah Mirkins / Squats

6 – Jump Rope / Side plank (go starfish)

7 – Mountain Climbers / Reverse Lunge

8 – Jumping lunges / Superman

9 – Hair Burners /

10 – Bicylces / Michael Jordans

11 – American Hammer / Werkins

12 – Bear Crawls / Hollow holds
