4 Pax joined me for a run day on a beautiful morning in the Badlands. Was very excited to see Snooki out there ready to go.
This was a VQ of sorts, as it was my first running Q, but it was a strategic Q. Today the pax were challenged to think about the mountains they have overcome (which may be more than they realize) and to set goals for which mountains they want to overcome this year.
The mountain we overcame today was the 210 bridge. On my first day posting, Slash led the charge and the pax ran the bridge. I joined the newly formed bike brigade to tackle the bridge on two wheels. I barely made it a quarter of the way up the bridge. I have come a long way. So to celebrate conquering the mountain of the 210 bridge, i re-read the backblast from May 29th, 2018 and designed a similar workout.

First light and back down, 20 merkins.
Second light and back down, 30 Squats
Third light and back down, 50 LBCs
Mosey back to the flag.
A total of roughly 3.75 miles at under an 11 minute pace. Which isn’t bad for a group of Clydesdales!
