We started with some running up and down the field, adding 10 merkins at each stop…then toy soldiers and merkins then bear crawl to mid pitch( the turf was cold on the hands) more merkins…
mosey to playground…2 sets of exercises then run around the playground…20 box jumps, 20 step ups…20 pull ups, 20 merkins, 20 monkey humpers, 20 pickle pounders, 20 pickle pointers, 20 squats…mosey on over to the tennis court.
One minute balls to walls, one minute wall sit.
