About 18 PAX joined the virtual DB Beatdown. DB thought Tabata was appropriate and conducive for a virtual F3 workout. (I apologize if I miss anyone in the list of attendees). The theme was Be Bold, Be Strong and Be Smart.

Thang: Tabata- 30 Second exercises followed by 10 second rest; rinse and repeat for 35 minutes
Exercises: SSH, Air Presses, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Side Shuffle Run, Merkins, LBCs, Squats, Plank, HR Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Hello Dollies, Freddie Mercuries, Wide Merkins, Big Boy Situps, Jump Squats, Air Pull Ups, Monkey Humpers. Rinse and Repeat various exercises already mentioned.
