On a semi humid morning, 5 Pax surrendered their bodies to the way of the Spartan.

Given another glorious morning to work out, the Pax did not disappoint. The Q went with the Simple, Not Easy routine, and we all seemed to benefit.

WARM UP

SSH•15/Don Quixote•15Michael Phelps•15 LBACF/B•20 Mt Climbers•20 Flutter Kicks •20 Spider-Man Stretch

Mosey to Skatepark

20 Step ups each leg• 20 Derkins x3 a round of Flutter kicks also.

Spartan Workout

1-15…burpee, squat, Merkin, LBC, to be completed in 15 minutes…1 burpee, 1 squat, 1 Merkin, 1 LBC, 2 burpees, 2 squats, 2 merkins, 2 LBC’s…to 15 of each…

Outhouse and Bullwinkle led the way as the rest of us tried to keep up. This exercise will come out again…it’s a challenging one.
