InTENse Part – OYO for time led by Q; Break into 3 groups. Three cones spread out in field with three exercises listed on each.
Run to a cone, do the first exercise 10 times. Run to next cone, do first exercise 10 times, etc.. Second loop, second exercise 10 times, etc. Keep going until Q calls time.
Exercises are: Squats, Air Chair with Overhead clap, Lunges, Burpees, SSH, Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Hello Dolly
COP – 5 exercises led by FNGs. Final one – led by FNG (Diamond) diamond pushups to failure! The guy is huge.
