Laying the next course of bricks in our foundation

11 JAX PAX gathered in the gloom of Southside to work on our foundation.  11 all JAX men breaks a record for the weekday- keep coming and bring a SadClown.  The Pax was greeted with a pile of bricks, but YHC had not anticipated such a strong turn-out and was short bricks for 2 men.  The Pax improvised by alternating short breaks without bricks.  All exercises were done with bricks unless otherwise noted.

• Squats with bricks OYO until a swing is free
• Do it until the other group finished

2^nd group to playground-

• Pull-ups (2 sets) and chin-ups (1 set) to failure +2 negatives (help your brothers) x 3 sets (no bricks-obviously)

Name o Rama: FNG John Bump: 49? yrs old, retired Marine Corp (OTC excited to have another MAN of the Corp), part-time pastor, and all around bad-a#*.  Given the name Rev.  Rev came in with fitness and an understanding of cadence- immediate great addition to the PAX.  Hard commit to come back Thursday.

BOM: Prayers for Eileen’s son who is in Gainesville having surgery this morning to have a tumor removed from his finger.  Prayers for Barker whose wife is pregnant, and the baby has some significant medical challenges- very hard time for our new brother.  Heisenberg led us out in prayer.
