3 of the usual Monday PAX gathered in the still humid and hot gloom. Having pulled a hamstring at ANCHOR on Saturday YHC decided to focus on the upper body and abs. The PAX called bull s*(^ as YHC is infamous for his dislike of leg workouts and his personal mission to make sure no PAX suffers from the horrible disfigurement called soccer arms.
