For Halloween, the YHC decided for some good ole fashioned trick or treat fun. The PAX did not know what to expect. They just saw 4 cones and a jack o lantern. We gathered at the shovel flag, then moseyed to the field.
Warmup/COP
- LBAC fwd 5 IC
- Don Quixote 5 IC
YHC could tell, just like when we were kids..everyone was antsy to get treats. The 4 cones were laid out in a square to represent a block. First, everyone ran around the ‘block’. Then until time was up. A name was called, everyone ran around the block, the named individual picked a treat from the jack o lantern. Everyone performed the called exercise.
I don’t remember the order but this what was picked.

The final treat was called by YHC – 31 seconds of Lindsay Lohan.
Naked Moleskin:
The was a fun workout. There was by far, the most #mumblechatter at this one than any previous workout. Multiple times the PAX was laughing (yes!) during the IC treats. Everyone enjoyed Heisenburg’s crab humpers. Everyone was facing him, luckily YHC was facing away.
YHC referred to a previous BOM discussion by Drone about pride and stepping outside your comfort zone. It’s not always easy or comfortable, but when/if you do it can make you a better person. I try to be in my volunteer efforts (Scouts, coaching) and at home (husband and father).
