YHC talked about changes, I have lost about 15 pounds since starting F3. I don’t see it, as I see myself every day, but others do. Changes don’t happen over night, nor are they visible at each step. Little things you can do can help someone or affect there life. If you help someone, no matter how small it might be to you can be huge for someone else. As OTC say ‘what is it with you and bear crawls?’ The mystery continues.
