After reading the incredible benefits of tabata workouts YHC decided to throw one together for my Q today. Our man Drone had Qed tabata a couple of times and it was always a crowd pleaser. The PAX always gets a little scared when I get out of the car with a speaker so their reactions were typical. 0530 rolled around and we were off.

The Thang
For anyone who doesn’t know tabata is where you do an exercise for 4 minutes. You do 20 seconds of the exercise and rest for 10. It is a form of High Intensity Interval Training and it is scientifically proven to be a very effective workout. In other words, we are going to feel this one tomorrow. Here are the exercises we did

- Calf Raises
- With only about a minute and a half left we finished with 30 LBC’s IC
Moleskin
Today I witnessed what I believe to be the most important part of F3. OTC asked us to remember him about a possible job opportunity that may be opened up (he had mentioned a couple of times that he was ready for something new). YHC prayed for him briefly in the BOM. After we said our goodbyes Drone and Disco stuck around and asked if they could pray specifically for OTC and the need. They stood there, along with Snuffy and myself, for about 15 more minutes and talked and encouraged OTC. We also each prayed individually for OTC and shared what God gave us in our hearts. It was one of the most genuine and encouraging acts of Fellowship AND Faith that I have ever witnessed. F3 Matters. I Am 3rd.
