I can’t remember, it’s been a week. Probably some LBC’s and Chinooks IC
2 groups of 2 did 100/200/300 of each exercise. 1 group of 3 did 150/300/450 of each exercise. Switching groups so all can share in the fun.
- Round 1: Merkins, Squats, LBC
- Round 2: Diamond merkins, imperial walkers, big boy situps
- Round 3: Stagger merkins, monkey humpers, American Hammers.
- Round 4: decline merkins, step ups, flutter kicks (ran out of time before flutter kicks.
Prayers for Barker’s recovery. 1 year anniversary coming up, need some ideas on what to plan.
