Grab a partner- partner for the entire workout, if you leave your partner it’s 15 burpees for all

JAX Isosceles of Death- bear crawl from cone to cone, each cone with a component of building trust- Character, Competence, and Connection. Count down from 10 to 1 burpees, ie 1st cone 10 burpees, 2nd cone 9 burpees, etc

SSHs, peter parkers, and squats until the 6s came in. We practiced Character and honored the train that had passed by with 10 burpees

Mosey to the bball court for R factor work: E (event) + R (response)= O (outcome). You can’t control the Event that happens, but you can control your Response (R factor) and affect the Outcome. 6 stations at the end of the bball court, work through them with your partner, starting at the opposite baseline each time and getting there and back a different way. The methods of travel- sprint, lunge walk, partner carry, wheel barrow, OTC sprint, broad jumps

• R1= Press pause (20 big boy situps with partner planking on feet)
• R2= Get your mind right
• R3= Step up
• R4= Adjust and adapt
• R5= Make a difference
• R6= Build skill

• Work done by Heisenberg with the tribute vest
• Drone should purchase a tribute vest so he actually has to sweat and maybe breathe hard occasionally
• Big Bird is wasting away to nothing- YHC wasn’t sure if he was carrying him or the tribute vest
• Good to see Spaulding in the gloom, Judge Smails would be proud
• Migration from GroupMe to Slack is in R&D stage, brought on by YHC’s OCD
• Labor Day is Monday- GENSIS will start at 0700 followed by a Ruck at UNF led by Bing. Kessel Run status still pending (see nerds for more info)
