12 faithful PAX avoided the fartsack to post in the gloom. Today’s focus was on legs, legs and even more legs.

The Thang:

Started with one of YHC absolute favorites (NOT) … Bear Crawls. Indian Run Bear Crawl Style around the field to the Pavillion.

In the Pavillion the theme was 11’s:

• Heisenberg Step-Ups, then Modified Burpees
• Regular Calf Raises until the 6 finishes
• Alternating Lunges, then Bobby Hurleys
• Calf Raises with Toes out until the 6 finishes
• Air Chair w/ Overhead Claps, then Squats
• Calf Raises with Toes out until the 6 finishes

Mosey back to the field:

• Pair up for Partner Wheelbarrows. Lightpost to lighpost – switch at the halfway point
• Monkey Humpers x 20
• Partner Wheelbarrows back, again switch at half-way
• Groiners x 20
• Lunge walk to mid-field
• Prisoner Squats x 20
• Mosey back to the lightpost
• Pistol Squats x 20 (10 on each leg)

5 minutes of Mary:

• Flutter Kicks x 15 IC
• Freddie Mercury x 15 IC
• LBC’s x 15 IC
• WW1 Sit-ups x 10 OYO
• Big Boy Sit-ups x 10 OYO

Started with Burpees and End with Burpees:

• Burpees x 10 OYO

COT:

YHC talked about a blacksmith and forging a horseshoe. If you remove it from the fire too early, it won’t change. And if you leave it in too long, it’ll dissipate. Sometimes we have to forge in the fire a little for us to change.
