Grinding

These days are not many with the JAX PAX, but this morning was a grind. The PAX appeared tired and quiet, including YHC, but we still posted and won the grind.

COP-

  • 10 burpees OYO
  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Imperial walker x 15 IC
  • Squats x 15 IC
  • Ranger merkinsx 20 IC
  • Diamond merkins x 20 IC

Grab your coupons (minimal weight 25, but most were 35 lb plates) and line up- lunges with overhead press to first cone, drop coupon and do 10 burpees, next cone 9 burpees, down to 1 burpee. Pax halted half way for 25 flutter kicks IC and 20 LBCs IC.

Back to the line- Zamborini walk to first cone and 10 plate swings, 9 at next, down to 1

Mosey to the pull-up bars for a 6 pack of pull-UPS and overhead coupon squats; up and down the ladder

BOM- YHC and Big Bird discussed winning the grind: posting and getting better even when you aren’t that into it. Prayers for all of our first responders.
