6 JAX PAX came out to get better in a little rain, with Hurricane Matthew off the South Coast of Florida. Some have evacuated, some have reported for work. All are in our thoughts.
First we took a little pause to think about First Responders and what they will be up against in the coming days. We will be looking around to help those that need assistance and look after our friends and family.

Mosey to basketball court, stopping at playground for 10 pullups.
With all pax lined up at half court. Everyone was in air chair with front claps. One at a time, PAX walked up to free throw line. A missed basket was a 5 burpee penalty for all. A made based was 10 merkins (any variety chosen by shooter). After 2 rounds 55 burpees were done and only 10 diamond merkins.
A train passes 10 honor burpees.
1 more round, this time the PAX lined up in front of the basket, air chair with overhead claps to distract shooter. 25 more burpees/10 stagger merkins.
Lesson learned, practice free throws.
Mosey back to field, 10 pullups along the way.
In similar fashion to Jacksonville’s Isosceles of Death, we did Crabwalk of Death. Crabwalking between cones, doing crab cakes (count on 1 leg) at each cone up to 10. (everyone was attacked by ants, the rain must have made them angry, shirts were being shed here)

We gathered to discuss those have been called in to work. Some PAX and families are in evacuation zones. Hopefully all will be safe. Phone numbers have been posted on SLACK to contact anyone if help is needed. Look out for your family, friends, neighbors, and yourself. Get out if you have too. Prayers and thoughts go out to all. ANCHOR posting will be played by ear. And take care of the ant bites.
Stay Safe JAX PAX!!
