16 PAX with 5 FNGs descended on Blue Jacket Park in Orlando, FL for week 4 of Orlando launch. YHC was suppose to come week 3, but Hurricane Matthew made plans change. YHC gave a little description of what the 3rd F stands for and also read Pax a definition of Pride. Pride in short is that I am the center of the world. 3rd F says that there is a higher power that is the center. So I advised all Pax to leave their pride at the curb.
Warm-up

Pax was then split in pairs with FNGs partnered with experienced Pax. YHC advised that the next exercise was B.O.M.B.S. Even some of the experienced Pax were baffled.
- Burpee – 50
- Overhead claps – 100
- Merkins – 150
- Big boy situps – 200
- Squats – 250
One partner would exercise the other would at first run around fountain. After Burpees, run to fountain. For some reason, not much mubblechatter.
After BOMBS, had Pax circle up. YHC has a tupperware container with approx 30 exercises. YHC went to different Pax and each pulled an exercise. We would then do that exercise and then pull another. Rinse and repeat till time expired. The following is a list of exercises but not in the correct order. All were done IC 10x unless otherwise stated
