The JAX PAX gathered in the gloom with YHC to relive the past. LIFO’s VQ. Possibly to see how far we have come, or if I was a glutton for punishment back then (7/2015). The only real change was The Thang was moved to the basketball court due to field conditions.

The Thang:
Mosey to the basketball court.
QIC and The PAX entered into the jungle OYO. A handful of PAX had ruck sacks on. Nice.
- Bear Crawl / Crawl Bear suicide with 10 Carolina Drydocks up each return to start.
- Duck Walk suicides with 10 squats upon each return
- Inchworm to first cone and back followed by 15 crunchy frogs
- Fiddler Crab to first cone and back followed by 10 jumping spiders.
- Frog Hop suicides with 5 burpees upon each return
- Crabwalk foward there and backward back with 10 crab dips upon each return
- Jaguar prowl to second cone and back followed by 10 merkins (there are no panthers in Jacksonville)
About halfway through The Thang, all ruck sacks were shed. Jumanji’s weight vest stay on the entire time.
