In a few weeks, you and 30 other guys will take part in a grand experiment we’re calling GrowRuck. As you know, the idea is to fuse a workshop called GrowSchool with a lot of 2ndF and a GORUCK Challenge. If it works, we’ll use this weekend as a template to help developing regions accelerate their growth.

Misc Points
- If all goes well I’ll ship our the shirts to your regions by Thursday, if not, I’ll put them in your hand at the event. Don’t complain. They are a gift from the Iron Project.
- We’ve got 31 pax signed up for the event. There is sill time to HC a leader in your region.
- The hotel is $105 for Friday night. Book using the # below, as for the Sean Rankin Group rate. I’m going to work on getting us a late checkout, but there will be time to get back and grab a shower after Saturday morning’s workout / GrowSchool.
- Out of town pax can grab a shower at the Y after the GRC on Sunday (before you head home). Bring a towel.

- 8:30am: GrowSchool led by OBT & Dredd (we should wrap by 10am)
- 12:00pm: Checkout of HIE
- 9:00pm: GORUCK Challenge begins.

After Saturday’s half marathon…I’m rucking everything everywhere.
If you heard that song she thinks my tractor is sexy…my wife really thinks my GR1 is sexy…it does something, I keep tellimg her it’s that flexed look.
And yes, if you have knee issues I can tell you want seemingly fixed mine foe now…
