Run to Kings Ave. parking garage (0.8 mi)
- Interval #1 – sprint the ramps, jog the flats to the roof (5 stories)
- Lunges, duck walks, bear crawls and jog around roof perimeter
- 20 Merkins (OYO)
- Interval #2 – jog the ramps, sprint the flats back to the ground level (5 stories)
- Jog around 1st floor perimeter
- 20 V-ups (OYO)

- Jog, bear crawls, duck walks and lunges around roof perimeter

Run west on Nira St., right on San Marco Blvd. to railroad tracks
