Today is the day YHC has surgery for a torn labrum to his left shoulder sustained playing ultimate football last August. YHC thought it was getting better and completed GrowRuck001. Afterwards started having more issues, MRI ordered and tear found. So YHC decided to go out with a band a Q workout a few hours before surgery.

YHC introduce PAX to pyramid workout a few weeks ago. Will be doing it again with different exercise. Do all exercises for decreasing number of reps. Starting at 16 and decreasing each round by 2.
Round 1 16-2
- reverse crunch
- American Hammer
- Curls for the Girls
Lap around park then Round 2 2-16 since we have weights, YHC decided to add some more “fun” to the exercises
- goblet squats
- crunch with weight
- skaters – no weight
- American Hammer with weight
- Dips with weight in lap or overhead tricep press
2nd lap around park/library.
We had a train come through earlier in workout so we had to honor train with 10 burpees OYO.
Had Pax partner up and carry each other around park. Merkins till six arrived, then 10 more. Ended with 20 jump squats (thanks Jumanji).
Prayers for YHC surgery and recovery. Continued prayers for Seatdown and OTC. Big Birds interview, Cousin Eddy hernia surgery tomorrow, and for Drone and M and soon new Baby.
Since today is Valentines day, YHC had to talk about love. YHC read John 3:16-21. God loved us so much that he died for our sins. God has the perfect love.
