Another day at ANCHOR

Only 6 showed up, but they all had EA – some were at MudRun, some had 2.0 graduation. The humidity was in high gear today .  Everyone still had fun.

• I saw a bunch of trash in the park so we all moseyed and picked up trash
• Due to trash by others 10 burpees OYO

• Chinook 10 IC
• Raise the Roof 10 IC

3 Cones were set up in usual suicide fashion

• Partner wheelbarrow to last cone 40 Iron crosses, flip flop, 40 partner derkins on baseline
• Bear Crawl – icides – starting with 10 LBC, increase by 10 on each return to 40
• Crab walk – icidies – stating with 10 BBSU, increase by 10 on each reture to 40

Mosey to yet to be named statue, Brong? Bronze dong?

• get to bench, irkins, derkins, dips all 10 IC
• around Brong? duck walk
• hop ups, calf raises,  Rocky Balboa’s, butkis all for a a set time…63 seconds?

Frog hop burpees to last cone then backwards run back to start.

Started at 1 air press and 1 merkin to 7/7. Then back down to 1:1, then back up to 6:6 then back down to 1:1 then back up to 5:5, then back down to 1:1, then back up to 2:2. This was a real crowdpleaser. Must revisit.

Protractor, then Guantanimo. Finally all PAX was in a circle and did run in place until someone said down then we burpeed (is this a verb?) . Rinse and repeat circle burp.

Naked Moleskin:

Many PAX on IR or in Mudrun (many prayers). Humidity is in overdrive – please stay hydrated.
