Sometimes you wake up and don’t really want to do anything, but roll back over in the fart-sack. Even as you roll out and into the car you’re still not excited about movement of any kind. YHC had such a day, just a morning to grind it out- no inspirational words, no high-jinx, just work.

Conditions:

Warm-up:

Mosey, high-knee, butt-kickers, 3 step side-shuffle to opposite foul line and back

To the curb- bear crawl to 3rd line and back, 10 derkins at the curb, 8 derkins, ….

At some point we did both halves of the Mucho Chesto, but exact timing is foggy

Partner up-

BOM/COT- YHC said some words on getting out to see the full glory of F3 Nation- whether the MudRun, GoRuck, posting at other regions while traveling, etc. Also the importance of grinding when you don’t feel motivated.
