It had been awhile since YHC had Qd on a Saturday so I kept it simple, but not too simple that I could lose my rep for leading semi-annoyingly creative workouts.

 

Welcome and Disclaimer:

 

Circle of Pain

  • LBAirm Circles Forward, Backwards / Big Arm Circles Forward, Backwards – 20
  • Tempo Squats – 10
  • Tempo Merkins – 10
  • Flutter Kicks – 20

 

Warm Up Mosey

  • Jog to River – Stop every block for 10 IC Merkins, and 20 IC Flutter Kicks (5 total stops)

 

The Thang:

Partner Up

DORA 1,2,3

  • 100 Hand Release Merkins

o    Three cones – Crab Walk to the first, Bear Crawl to the second, Broad Jump to the third; jog back

o    Lap around the park with partner when complete the 100

  • 200 Leg Lifts

o    Three cones – Crab Walk, Bear Crawl, Broad Jump; jog back

o    Lap around with partner

  • 300 Squat Jumps

o    Three cones – Crab Walk, Bear Crawl, Broad Jump; jog back

o    Lap around with partner

 

Bonus Time:

With Partner – 20 Iron Crosses and 20 Buddy Merkins
