Pretty (tire)ing tire workout

We had a pretty gnarly post hurricane tire workout. Here’s what went down.

Mosey to parking lot
SSH-21 in cadence

Mosey to field
Count 1-2-3 for groups
3 groups would bear crawl every 10 minutes to stations including
◦ tire pulls (merkins in between)
◦ Sledgehammer with tire hit counting each side with deck of pain. (high plank when not up)
◦ Tire flips with deck of pain. (burpees when not up)
Mosey to basketball court
10 burpees oyo for late arrival (Synapse)
Bear crawl suicides with merkins (5,10,15,20)
Two jailbreak down and backs (did two just to make sure we got everything out.)

  1. Great work in putting together today’s workout. Also an excellent job of getting the back blast up so quickly! I’m sorry I was unable to participate but I’m looking forward to future Q’s!
