Monday Morning Weights for No Man

Since no one had signed up for this Monday I decided to fill in, after laying down on Sunday afternoon around 3:30 pm for a nap and sleeping until 4am Monday I felt pretty rested and was ready to fill the spot. Some of this was due to Saturday’s beat-down from Fued, my legs are still hurting.
