• Main thang
◦ 100 Freddy Mercury’s
◦ 100 flutter kicks (around the time when seatdown realized his spot was infested with ants)
◦ 100 pretzel crunches (50 each way)
◦ 90 Freddy Mercury’s
◦ 90 flutter kicksi
◦ 90 pretzel crunches
◦ Recover to feet and run lap
◦ 80, 80, 80
◦ 70, 70, 70
◦ Someone said it was getting easy so pax lined up on edge of field
◦ Army crawl all the way to end of field
◦ Broad jump back
◦ Circle back up
◦ Start over with 100, 100, 100
◦ Mosey to basketball court
• Basketball
◦ All pax plank on baseline
◦ First man bear crawls to other baseline and then comes back
◦ Once the first man gets to opposite baseline next man goes
◦ Keep going until finished the mosey to field
• Field
◦ Line up on edge then sprint all the way down
◦ Broad jump back
◦ Sprint back down
◦ Jailbreak back
