“That was the closest I’ve ever come to quitting.”  -‘Toxic’ after this morning’s workout. 

 

We did so many reps that the numbers escape me.

Warm-up:

Side-straddle hops/arm circles/burpees/windmills/raise roof

 

1/4 mile mosey (off road)

 

In the Woods:

Bear crawls/Crab walks (rinse & repeat)

Merkins

LBCs

WWI Sit-ups

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

Box-Cutters

Reachers

Freddy Mercuries

 

1/4 mile mosey (off road)

 

Pavilion:

Wall of Balls (Balls to the wall at all 4 columns, bear crawling, lunging, crab walking and jumping to each one)

Squat Presses (20lb weight/15 each arm)

Hammer Curls (30lb weight/15 each arm)

Bent Rows (40lb weight x15)

Chest Presses (40lb weight x20)

Merkins/Burpees/Carolina Drydocks/Planks/Mountain Climbers/WWI Sit-ups/LBCs/Heisenberg Step-ups
