The Thang:

Warm up
Side Straddle Hop – 20X
Windmill – 15X
Chinook – 10X
Finkle Swings – 10X each leg
Michael Phelps – 20X

Mosey to Crosswater – Carioca, High knees, butt kicks, backwards, bear crawl across Davis Park
Stations of the Cross
Station 1: PAX does together – Wilt Chamberlains – 100 LBC’s, sprint to cones, 100 squats, sprint back to cones, 100 Flutter kicks, sprint back to cones, 100 Lunges (50 each leg)
Partner up then form 4 pair teams
Station 2: Michelin Mans: 2 men per tire, start at cone, pick up one edge of tire together and roll it end over end to next set of cones. The next group rolls the tire back in same manner. The pairs waiting do 4X4’s as they wait their turn.
Station 3: Each pair complete 5 pull ups, while the other partner completes 5 burpees, second set is 10 pull ups and 10 burpees. Anyone waiting for time on the bar do Al Gore’s (holding squat position) until bar is available.
Then trade places with other teams and rinse and repeat.
Mosey back to Davis Park – All You Got!
