YHC rolled into the lot of Davis Park to see a horde of PAX already gathered in the mosquito-ridden gloom doing versus stretches and mumblechattering (mumblechatting?). YHC pulled his hand me down from a hand me down Mazda Tribute next to the Beamers, Audis, and Caddys that are common in the Badlands due to 89% of the PAX working in the financial sector. Per normal operating procedure YHC had a very foggy idea of a plan for the Q at start time, so went to his old standby the burpee to get things started. Because it really is the perfect exercise and a metaphor for life.

COT/BOM: welcome FNGs McChaps and Wiki. YHC pontificated on Dec’s core value:
We are disciplined, intentional, and gritty during the never ending work to get better, not relying on the fickle emotion of motivation.
“Discipline equals freedom.” Jocko Willink
The Badlands has exploded with men who need F3 (because don’t we all). It has reached problematic status and a Tuesday workout starts tomorrow, with Saturday at Jax Beach launching Dec 9th. Problematic status is not a problem, it is a success and an opportunity to bring F3 to more men. If you are a Badlander, step up and step out. Get with McDreamy about launching new AOs. Bring a FNG. Bring back those who have slunk away into the dark. F3 is not a consumer culture, you own it, so make it what you want. Just don’t slow down. SYITG
