Oh what a delight it was as your YHC was greeted with 68 degree weather this morning. Is this December? The PAX also appeared to be pleasantly surprised as the anticipation of a Badlands Block Party was just about to get underway.  There were no surprise attacks in the parking lot as Snaggle must have FARTSACKED on this beautiful morning.  Mumblechatter had a great spirit about it this fine morning.  As the time ticked to 5:29 AM Gambler appeared out the dark gloom and it was time to get the Party Started.

Warm Up

Discipline = Freedom.  No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful.  Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:11

Teams of 2 Pax working together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100 Burpees, 200 LBCs and 300 Sumo Squats.  Pax 1 executes as many reps as possible while Pax 2 sprints 30 yards down to cone and back performing 1 Burpee at the cone for round1, 2 Burpees at cone for round 2, and 3 Burpees at cone for round 3.  Some Pax even managed to work together utilizing each others strengths and weaknesses or INJURIES!  Great job Slash and Squeege.  Never Give UP!!  Tremendous speed and endurance to start the morning as YHC called an audible and we went strong to 150 Sumo Squats.

Mosey to second parking lot for the main event – Holiday “Block” Party!

New Teams of 2 Pax working together to perform individual exercise goals.

Strength and Endurance are now complete and PAX are spent.  We double time back to the flag.

F2 this Friday, 4-6 at Valley Smoke.  Both McDreamy and Full Monty have graciously opened their homes to Crash for Christmas.  YHC shared that in the Christmas spirit F3 has been one of the greatest gifts he has ever received.  I asked the PAX to consider what F3 has done for them.  As men, fathers, husbands and leaders.  EH the Sad Clowns and give them the gift that will last a lifetime.

Holiday “Block” Party – see you next YEAR!!!
