December marked a few mile stones and FIRSTs for the Badlands.  The PAX has consistently brought 20+ on Mondays & Thursdays enabling us to launch our 1^st Tuesday and the NEW AO: POSEIDON at Jax Beach. We also welcomed the Ms to the F2 for the 1^st time in December.  We have much to be proud of and created some great memories along the way.  In honor of that we are working to the theme “A December To Remember” while bringing back a few of December’s most punishing workouts and impactful messages shared by December Qs.  There were so many Great and Creative Beat-Downs that the Q had to cut out a few of the planned workouts to stay on time.
