YHC arrived to the badlands with the weather as it should be; 57 degrees, foggy, and swamp like. As Pax arrived, mumblechatter surrounding last night’s National Championship where the fate of two great football programs rested in the arms of freshmen. YHC was impressed Pax had so much energy so after such a late night for many.

Exercise 2: P1: Mountain climber merkings, P 2: Lunges to second light post, mosey back. Rinse/repeat until pair completes 100 MCM
Exercise 3: P1: Burpees, P2: Bear crawl to first light post, mosey back. Rinse/Repeat until pair completes 50 burpees

Exercise 2: P1 Coupon in both hands out in front. Don’t drop hands below waist. Walk to Cone 2 (40 yards out).: P2: Mexican (Jumping Bean) Squats. Rinse/Repeat until pair completes 50
Exercise 3: P1 Hold Coupon, mosey to furthest cone. P2: LBC’s with coupon. Rinse/Repeat until pair completes 50
Move to handball courts, in chair position, 5 Rock-a-bye babies, followed by coupon overhead hold. YHC reminds pack, “do not drop your baby”.
