Oh what a beautiful 61 degree morning.  16 men decided to be better themselves and dragged their six’s to Davis Park for an early morning flight. Most found the trip quite normal while other’s (Pom Pom) found it to be a bit more adventurous.  Yep, Bambi found the front end of his vehicle and there was hair for proof. Todays workout was started with a late Pre BackBlast the night before – When flying, why do they tell you to put your oxygen mask on first before assisting small children?

Form two equal lines and Mosey to the OUTHOUSE where we performed 11 Pickle Pounders.  Continue Mosey to first field where Pax assembled for 25 Rocky Balboas OYO.

Over the Right Field fence we went to help ourselves to some Bearmuda Triangle.

3 markers, 10 yards apart in the shape of a triangle. Pax performs 10 Burpees at the first marker and Bear Crawls to 2nd marker, 9 Burpees and Bear Crawl to 3rd marker, 8 Burpees and Bear Crawls to first marker repeating until 1 Burpee.

Though I am not exactly sure, but I believe I overheard some mumblechatter regarding spewing merlot this fine morning.

Back over the fence we go for a mosey to the “Airport.”  High Knees, Butt kickers, Carioca’s and Lunges.

It became quite obvious once the lights were identified by the PAX that something was going to be a little different this morning as we worked on ourselves.

3 Markers set up at 75 yards (Green Flashing light), 50 yards (Blue Flashing Light) and 25 Yards (Red Flashing Light). Your YHC explained that for the runners in the group they had just found heaven and for the non runners welcome to HELL.  Sprints to each of the markers and perform a series of exercise’s determined by a deck of cards starting at 75 yards and working back.  Hearts = Werkins, Diamonds = Diamond Merkins, Spades = Big Boy Sit Ups, Clubs = Sumo Squats, ACE + 15 Burpees. After 20 mins of Sprints and numerous 10 counts it was time to Mosey back to the OUTHOUSE.  10 Count and Sprinted back to the Flag as a group.
