13 Pax descended on Davis Park on this rainy and wet morning. Puddles covered much of the Bandlands. The mud and water made it so Spartan like!

10 Side Straddle Hop – Cadence
10 Michael Phelps – Cadence
10 little baby arm circles – forward and backward – Cadence
10 Burpees (late arrival)- OYO
10 Monkey Humpers – Cadence
10 Mountain Climbers – Cadence
1 minute plank

Find Partner and stay together

The Thang:

10 Burpees
Jump outfield fence
Big boy sit-ups 1 minute for first partner and then 1 minute for second partner – How many can each partner do while the other holds his feet?

Outfield foul line:
20 Merkins run to other foul line and back (outfield practically under water)
30 LBCs – same run
30 Squats same run
30 Monkey Humpers

Bear crawls to light and lunges to bleachers.
3 sets of 20:
incline push ups
decline push ups

Fireman carry partner to light and then other to parking lot.

Parking Lot:
Sprint to first island – 10 Burpees
Sprint to second island 15 Bobby Hurley’s
Frog jump to third island
1 Minute Al Gore
Rinse and repeat
