YHC’s version of a bucket carry beatdown and a testament to the statement credited to PUD “…the only thing that would be worse is if we had to carry something”; so we did our usual loops but carried something… something heavy!
Circle Up, Disclaimer, Set down weights and off we went
Warm Up – 1000m jog OYO
The Thang:
· Run 1200m (From the Fountain to Prudential St, up Main St, back to Fountain)
o Exercise: 15 Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 Burpees
· Pick up you weight and… Run 1200m (From the Fountain to Prudential St, up Main St, back to Fountain)
o Exercise: 15 Goblet Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks with weight held over, 15 Burpees
· Run 800m (Fountain–>Mary St–>Main St–>Back to Fountain)
o Exercise: 15 Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 Burpees
· Pick up you weight and… Run 800m
o Exercise: 15 Goblet Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks with weight held over, 15 Burpees
· Run 400m (Fountain–>Museum Rd–>Main St–> Back to Fountain)
o Exercise: 15 Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 Burpees
· Pick up you weight and… Run 400m
o Exercise: 15 Goblet Squats, 15 Flutter Kicks with weight held over, 15 Burpees
Shout out to Septum for leading the PAX. None were able to get the last weighted-loop-run in but all pushed hard and were thoroughly smoked.
COT:
· BB seeing the Doc today for his wrist cyst
· Guidance for Earshot as he comes back into town, supports his mother and seeks his next steps
· Peace for Septum as his family decides one expanding their home and bringing in extended family to live with them
