Courage

19 courageous men gathered in the Bandlands on a crisp and chilly Monday morning. Courage was the theme of the day. After mingling around the flag and exchanging pleasantries, the PAX began the workout.

Warm O Rama:
12 SSH
12 Michael Phelps
14 Hillbillies
10 Merkins
1 minute plank

The Thang:
(1) Mosey to parking lot for Bear Crawl circle. Pax circled up and each member(one at a time) bear crawled around the circle as the rest of Pax engaged in multiple exercises until it was his turn, including SSH, high knees, Al Gore pose, monkey humpers. After all 19 bear crawled around the circle, the Pax moseyed to outfield fence, leapt over it and completed 10 Burpees.

(2) Each man partnered up and moseyed to home plate. Exercises:
(a) Home plate: 50 Burpees collectively for the partners. One Partner ran to the outfield fence and back and then switched with partner doing Burpees.
(b) First Base: 100 Merkins collectively for the partners. One Partner ran to the outfield fence and back and then switched with partner doing Merkins.
(c) Second Base: 200 LBCs collectively for the partners. One Partner ran to the outfield fence and back and then switched with partner doing LBCs.
(d) Third Base: 300 Squats collectively for the partners. One Partner ran to the outfield fence and back and then switched with partner doing squats.

(3) Partners wheelbarrow each other thru corridor of death.

(4) Mosey to parking lot.
Sprint 30 yards followed by 10 diamond Merkins
Backpedal 30 yards followed by 10 Derkins
Lunge 30 yards followed by 20 Bobby Hurleys
Jump 30 yards
