*15 Merkins at first 5 minute mark.
*15 LBCs at 10 minute mark.
*3 S’s at an F3 Workout, STRENGTH, STAMINA AND SPEED! Time to display the speed last 50 yard before Nocatee. (Single file)
*15 Monkey Humpers at Stoplights.
*Several cars around, so PAX requested we exhibit our PICKLE POUNDING ability. 15 Pickle Pounders as cards passed. **Nocatee will never be the same!
