After many a night of Spartan obstacle nightmares and lost sleep due to the anxiety of climbing up a darn rope, YHC decided (albeit late in the process) to help himself and everyone with the obstacles in their life.
Warm Up
PAX was requested to YELL “Halt” at the end of each warm up exercise to emphasize a point to be made later…most of them thought I had developed dementia or short term memory loss as the max reps were halted at 7, which many of you are aware is the biblically proclaimed perfect number (some of them still didn’t get it after I explained…it WAS still early in the morning for comprehension).

WE STOPPED BRIEFLY TO ENDURE SOME DIPS, DERKINS AND IRKENS. ON THE WAY BACK TO THE FLAG WE HUNG OUT BRIEFLY TO BUILD OUR GRIP STRENGTH AND ENCOUNTERED SPIDER-MAN, AKA BADA-BING 3/4 OF THE WAY UP THE BACK STOP OF ONE OF THE FIELDS…NICELY DONE!
