Five and Dime

It was a lovely 61 degree morning as 5 Pax posted for an OUTHOUSE run.  Though the morning started out a bit strange as The Players Championship starts today and the parking lots were lit up with lights and parking attendants for the early Volunteers.  No matter, Sandcrab promptly asked the attendant to move his cones and the flag was planted.

Explained to the Pax who chose not to FARTSACK this morning how the run/workout would work.

The THANG

BadaBing got things going with a quick selection of 90’s Alternative Rock. Mosey past the cones blocking our parking lot and said a quick farewell to the parking attendant and we headed into the gloom.  Todays workout would consist of 5 minutes of running and 1 minute of Abs.

First stop was a 1 minute plank.  At the bottom of the bridge we did 1 minute of WWI Situps.  Indian Run over the bridge and at bottom we did 1 minute side plank.  Indian Run to the APEX of the bridge and performed 10 Bridgkins OYO.  Continue Indian Run to bottom of bridge and completed 1 minute side plank other side.  Run to GATE Station for 1 minute of Russian Twist and back to the flag with a quick bear crawl thrown in and AYG.  Parking lot attendant clapped and cheered as we crossed back through his orange cone barricade. (At least in my mind he did:)
