Disclaimers: I am not an exercise professional, and Yes,  this post is REMARKABLY similar to that seen 48 hrs ago. ‘Why’, you may ask? Answer: because a) it was a damn good show to start with (as YHC humbly notes), and b) one man only has so much creativity in a lifetime– careful not to dispense more than a week’s share inside the same time frame. That said, here we go….

With Secret Agent Man (Johnny Rivers, 1964) playing in the background, YHC read the first verse: “There’s a man who leads a life of danger. To everyone he meets he stays a stranger. With every move he makes another chance he takes. Odds are he won’t live to see tomorrow”

MORAL OF THE STORY: A life lived in secret shouldn’t be. There is real danger for us as men if we exchange transparency and integrity for a ‘cover up’.

BOM–What are you hiding that you shouldn’t be? Is it a website, a relationship, and addiction? Can your wife see your text messages or bank account?

Luke 12:2—”There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed or hidden that will not be made known.” In short—real men face themselves and live out loud in such a way that all can see. Are you that man? Is it time to stop being a ‘secret agent man’?
