No paver? Peoples chair on the wall. Paver partner runs to far goalpost with paver overhead. 10 burpees. Run back with paver overhead. Switch. Repeat. 3 times. No injuries, success!
Mosey to bleachers. 10 dips then 10 pullups. Repeat 3 times.
Bear Crawl 50 ft, lunge 50 ft. No repeats.
A VQ was competed. Everyone was tired, but satisfied.
